Shipping, Returns & Pricing

Products are shipped within one business day provided that the item in in stock and no further details are needed from the recipient. Shipping is only available within Australia.
All products on our online store have a Flat Rate of $15 for shipping within Australia.
There may be exceptions with the following;
- Unusually large or heavy items may be subject to extra charges or may be ineligible for shipping. This may include items over 5kgs such as SCUBA cylinders, lead weights and some batteries.
- Where orders require additional charges due to shipping or other, we will contact the customer to let them know what the additional are. The customer is eligible to cancel for a full refund if the additional charges are not accepted.
Any purchased product that does not meet the customer’s expectation will be eligible for exchange, store credit or refund.
To be eligible all items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include any blank warranty cards, instruction manuals and accessories. The following Terms and Conditions also apply;
- Clearance or second-hand items that we do not generally stock are not eligible for exchange.
- This offer only applies to physical products and cannot be used for services such as Courses, Shore/Boat Dives Equipment Hire and Servicing.
- If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, a store credit or refund will be issued for the remaining value.
- Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.
- We reserve the right to cease or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Price Matching Policy
We are committed to providing our customers the best possible product for to suit their needs and budgets. We provide a specially selected range of products, and we strive to give our customers a fair price. This is why we promise to match any price from any store in Australia subject to the terms below;
- We will price match any Australian store.
- The product must be identical as that offered by our store (e.g., same size, colour, specification, model year, etc.)
- The competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised to be verifiable for price matching.
- The advertised price cannot be influenced by any bulk buy or multi-sale discounts.
- We cannot price match after the product has been ordered or paid for.
- No other promotional offers or loyalty discounts can be used with a product which is price matched.
- Does not apply to services such as Course, Trips, Hire & Servicing. Please contact us.
- We reserve the right to cease or modify our Price Matching Policy at any time.
- We require the full payment to be made upfront to confirm all of our bookings. For some courses we do provide deposit options.
- Term and Conditions for bookings vary depending on the activity and these can be found at the bottom of your booking confirmation email.
